Well, don't let yourself to be misled by percentage statistics - look at actual bcm figures instead. The mathematical problem is, that when you used to have let's say 100 units of gas before the war, 40 of it supplied by Russia, and now you have 66 units, with 6 delivered by Gazprom, than that is right, it is indeed 10% of the total. On the other hand the total has been drastically reduced, why percentage wise other suppliers might have "increased" their production - which is only marginally true.
