Or, on the other hand, we just muddle through collapse and make peace with the fact that it will happen to us just as it did happen to Mayans, Romans and many other civilizations. With or without hope, everyone will do his/her best to (ideally) not just survive but to help others get through this difficult period in human history. That is my hope: that at least some of us can remain humane to each other...
