Indeed, urbanization will be very hard to preserve lacking long distance transport (especially trucks) and sewage/water treatment systems - not mention the lack of land nearby. Cuba and North Korea (after the fall of the Soviet Union) can serve as an example here... Life did not become easier for them, to say the least. I can't stop wondering what will happen to Europe after losing 10-20% of its energy next year.
